PT Dahana offers scholarships to the children of its Supporting Employees and Outsourced Workers as part of its Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) program. The scholarship awarding ceremony was held at PT Dahana’s Head Office in Subang, West Java, on Friday, August 29, 2025. The event was attended by Dahana’s Director of Finance, Risk Management, and Human Resources, Mohamad Nur Sodiq, along with Corporate Secretary Erwin Cipta Mulyana and SER Manager Neni Sumarni.
In his remarks, Mr. Sodiq emphasized that the scholarship is a way for the company to appreciate the contributions of outsourced workers who support Dahana’s operations.
“We believe that education is the best investment for the future. The kids receiving scholarships today are the seeds of the nation’s next generation who will bring positive change. Through this program, we aim to provide better educational opportunities for the children of high-achieving supporting employees,” stated Mr. Sodiq.
During the ceremony, outstanding students from elementary to high school were awarded scholarships. This initiative aligns with the social pillar of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4, which focuses on Quality Education, and supports the implementation of ISO 26000 on Social Responsibility.
Mr. Sodiq expressed hope that the scholarships would encourage recipients to continue their education, achieve their goals, and pursue their dreams.
“Hard work, discipline, and prayer are essential keys to success that every student should embody. We hope this scholarship serves as motivation for them to keep moving forward,” he added.
One of the scholarship recipients, Dirly Khaimal, expressed his gratitude to Dahana, saying, “We thank Dahana for this assistance. This scholarship motivates us to continue learning, achieving, and realizing our dreams. May Dahana continue to prosper,” said Dirly.
